Although the pandemic has lingered, financial markets have been volatile, and there are political concerns around the world, aspiring business owners see conditions the same or getting better for startups.
FranchiseInsights.com compiles monthly statistics on individuals who have recently inquired about businesses for sale. The most recent report is the Small Business Startup Sentiment Index from February 2, 2022
The Index reported:
-53.1% of aspiring business owners were resolute about starting their businesses within the next 90 days.
-86.4% of these survey respondents see business conditions about the same or getting better in the next 90 days.
-Over 63% would-be entrepreneurs agree or strongly agree that “now is a good time to start a business.”
